These pattern flush trim plunge router bits are versatile, useful for template/pattern routing of parts, joints, and internal cuts and can be used in hand-held and table-mounted routers. They are essentially plunge-cutting straight with shank-mounted pilot ball-bearings.
Excellent for template work!
The template is attached to the work piece, and the pilot bearing rides along its edge as the cutting edges rout the work piece, forming an exact duplicate of the template.
This router bit has a 6.35mm shank (shaft) that will fit most small routers. Please ensure that you select a router bit with a shank (shaft) size that will fit into your router collet.
