What are the delivery costs and how long will my order take?
Delivery fees and timeframes depend on your postcode, parcel size/weight, and courier options shown at checkout. We’ll always show the best available method and the expected delivery period. Oversize or very heavy items may have a surcharge, and remote areas can require a custom quote

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (period varies by brand/category). Keep your invoice, for a claim contact our team who will troubleshoot and, if applicable, arrange repair/replacement under the manufacturer’s process.
