AHM Online Delivery Policy
General Terms
- AHM Online makes use of trusted third-party couriers for all deliveries.
- While we take all reasonable steps to deliver within the estimated timeframes, no guarantee is made as to the exact date or time of delivery. AHM Online will not be liable for any direct or consequential loss due to late delivery.
- Delivery is deemed complete once goods are collected at our store or delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Customers must ensure an authorised person is available to accept delivery. If no one is available, we may charge additional transport or storage fees as imposed by our couriers.
South African Deliveries
- Product Prices and Cart Totals exclude Delivery Fees.
- Delivery Fees are calculated at Checkout once address details are captured. These rates are tiered and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Exceptionally heavy/bulk orders or deliveries to remote/rural towns may require alternative arrangements. We will quote you the most cost-effective option available.
- No deliveries to farms or informal settlements.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch (depending on location and product availability).
- Deliveries take place weekdays during business hours only (no weekends or public holidays).
- For rural towns, please allow extra time.
International Deliveries
- Currently, we only deliver in South Africa.
Insurance
- All shipments are insured during transit for your peace of mind.
Customer Responsibility
- Ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. AHM Online will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, AHM Online reserves the right to cancel the order and refund you.

- If there is any conflict between this Delivery Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
