Plascon Universal Undercoat is a universal alkyd based undercoat. For use as a general purpose undercoat on previously painted or suitably primed plaster wood and metal. Used as a sandwich coat to improve intercoat adhesion between a primer and a topcoat or between an existing solvent based topcoat and a water based topcoat.
