Achieve a flawless finish with Plascon Prime-All Gypsum & Plaster Primer (UC 10) – a high-performance, water-based primer designed for interior and exterior masonry and gypsum surfaces. Ideal for new cement plaster, concrete, fibre-cement, brickwork, and composite boards. It offers excellent adhesion, efflorescence and alkaline resistance, low spatter, and low VOC for a cleaner application. The matt white finish provides a solid base for both water-based and solvent-based topcoats. Typical spread rate: 8–10 m²/L per coat.
