Aluminium TIG Wire – ER4043, a high-quality 4043 grade aluminium TIG welding wire, contains 5% silicon. It’s widely acknowledged as a general-purpose filler alloy, offering improved fluidity (wetting action) due to silicon additions. Known for producing bright, clean welds and less susceptibility to weld cracking, it’s suitable for joining cast to wrought materials and is non-heat treatable.
