Flux coated bronze brazing welding rods is a metal filler used for brazing and welding applications. Composed of a copper alloy that contains varying proportions of copper, tin and other elements. Flux coating helps remove surface oxides, provides protection from oxidation and facilitates the wetting and bonding of the filler metal to the base metals. Requires a heat source, such as a torch or a brazing machine, capable of reaching the required brazing temperature. Suitable for joining copper, brass and bronze materials, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Ideal for HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems, plumbing, electrical connections and various metal fabrications.
