Notice the two different spade bits in the picture on the left. The one is a standard spade bit and the other is a Pro series spade bit. The Pro series spade bit is equipped with spurs to cut cleaner and faster than standard spade bits. Click here to have a look at the Pro series spade bits.
TIP:
To avoid splintering, drill the workpiece from both ends.
